Purpose
The Sales department of OUTsurance is responsible for quoting clients either as a result of an Inbound or Outbound lead and converting this into a sales in terms of the quality and quantity criteria in place.
The Sales team of OUTsurance is primarily responsible for all the telephonic sales with the new clients. Within the Sales departments are organised according to the type of lead namely Inbound, Outbound and Internet.
Responsibilities
Convert lead/quotes to sales in terms of the minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including but not limited to:
- Minimum monthly premium written
- Average premium value
- Nett conversion ratio of quotes to sales
- Facility quality target
- Cancellation ratio
Qualifications
- Matric
- Relevant tertiary or Call centre qualification will be beneficial
Experience
- Previous Call Center experience in Telesales is preferred.
- Experience in short term insurance industry is preferred.
