Why should I have an ON LINE CV? |
Answer: |
Employers use the database to search for skills. The ON LINE CV is designed in such a way that employers can immediately see on one page what they are looking for. This way they don't have to read through 4 & 5 page word CV's to find what they are looking for. We therefore cannot stress enough that you must have and ON LINE CV that is complete and updated. On the search facility employer cannot see your uploaded CV. |
